🔁 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders require material sourcing and production planning.

  • Cancellations within 7 days: Refund minus payment processing fees

  • After 7 days: Store credit only

  • Once production begins: NO REFUNDS

Custom & Digital Products

  • Custom sequences, custom programming, and digital files are NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Once files are delivered or work begins, refunds are not available

Hardware Kits

Hardware may be eligible for return only if unused and unopened, subject to approval.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
